The future of Web3 starts with you — PM/Operations Manager!
— 3+ years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within a fintech, crypto exchange, or fast-paced Web3 ecosystem.
— Strong understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, blockchain mechanics, and trading platform dynamics (B2B integrations, market makers, affiliates, or fiat/payment gateways).
— Advanced proficiency in workflow tooling and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, HubSpot/Salesforce CRM, and Slack).
— Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple partner onboarding pipelines simultaneously.
— Data-driven mindset with experience setting up, tracking, and reporting operational KPIs and partnership health metrics.
— Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent cross-functional communication and negotiation skills.
— Manage and optimize the end-to-end operational pipeline for new and existing ecosystem partners (including market makers, institutional clients, affiliate networks, and payment gateways).
— Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance (KYC/AML), Technical Integration (API support), and Marketing teams to streamline partner onboarding and resolve operational bottlenecks.
— Standardize and document internal operating procedures (SOPs) for the partnership department to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing times.
— Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, generating weekly and monthly reports for leadership on operational health, volume generation, and strategic goals.
— Act as the primary operational point of contact for critical partners, proactively troubleshooting technical or administrative blockers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
— Oversee partnership campaign logistics, ensuring deliverables are executed flawlessly.
