— 5+ years of professional experience in Legal Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or Process Transformation, preferably within a fast-paced international company.
— Proven experience leading operational initiatives across multiple teams or departments, with the ability to build scalable processes, governance frameworks, and execution models from scratch.
— Strong management and stakeholder coordination experience, including organizing cross-functional teams, aligning priorities, setting ownership, and ensuring delivery across complex legal, product, compliance, and business workflows.
— Advanced expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing operational systems, including Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, CLM, CRM, document management, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
— Solid understanding of legal department operations, including contract lifecycle management, regulatory tracking, internal legal request management, knowledge management, and post-execution control processes.
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, define operational KPIs, monitor SLAs, analyze workload distribution, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
— Experience driving process automation and operational efficiency initiatives, including identifying bottlenecks, reducing manual work, and turning fragmented workflows into structured and measurable systems.
— Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with the ability to confidently manage written, verbal, and legal-business communication with internal and external stakeholders.
— High level of ownership, strategic thinking, and self-organization, with the ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and solve complex operational challenges with a structured and business-oriented approach.
— Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end operational workflows and task boards (Jira, Confluence) to help multiple Legal Teams stay aligned and focused.
— Map and harmonize cross-functional dependencies between teams and deps, establishing clear internal SLAs to help everyone collaborate smoothly.
— Evaluate, implement, and configure legal tech automation tools, specifically internal task trackers.
— Support multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory research tasks, helping track execution and ensuring that country-specific setups are easily accessible across the company.
— Build, organize, and maintain a centralized internal legal knowledge base to ensure seamless onboarding and eliminate information silos.
— Help monitor Team capacity and workload distribution, providing data-driven insights to leadership to ensure balanced task routing and optimal resource allocation.
— Review existing operational flows to identify opportunities for automation, transforming repetitive tasks into scalable and predictable pipelines.
— Establish post-execution tracking mechanisms to monitor the practical lifecycle of legal deliverables, ensuring that approved legal structures, signed contracts, and regulatory conditions are accurately implemented by product and business teams.
— Develop and automate departmental reporting, building interactive dashboards and tracking key metrics (task execution speeds, workload distribution, and SLA compliance) to provide leadership with data-driven operational insights.
— Experience working in fintech, crypto, payments, SaaS, or another highly regulated multi-product business.
— Understanding of international legal and regulatory operations, including multi-jurisdictional company setups, licensing, product launches, and regulatory requirements tracking.
— Previous experience in a fast-scaling startup, crypto exchange, fintech company, or international tech business.
— Experience implementing or optimizing CLM systems, legal intake processes, contract databases, regulatory trackers, or legal knowledge bases.
— Experience working closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Operations, and C-level stakeholders.
