About the Role
You'll be the in-market face of LemFi in one of the key European markets—Germany, Spain, Italy, or Ireland—owning growth end-to-end for the Nigerian diaspora community. You'll design and run user acquisition strategies both online and offline, and you'll build community-led growth through events, meetups, and cultural activations that create genuine trust and word-of-mouth. You'll identify and land partnerships with diaspora businesses, community organisations, and local influencers, then manage them for real impact. You'll act as the in-market voice of the user, conducting market research and briefing product and marketing teams on cultural insights. You'll track your acquisition funnel and partnership performance with data, using AI tools to synthesise insights faster. You'll represent LemFi with clarity and conviction, and you'll travel across your market and occasionally across Europe for events and community moments.
