What you'll do
1. Coordinate and execute daily translation/localization projects, responsible for task allocation, resource allocation, progress tracking and delivery acceptance;
2. Track the quality of AI translation, identify problems, and assist in achieving optimization;
3. Connect with product, development, testing and other cross-departmental teams, familiarize with the product launch/release process, and ensure that the localization work is synchronized with the product schedule;
4. Use data analysis tools (such as Excel data pivot tables) to provide data support for decision-making;
5. Follow up on AI translation quality, identify problems, and assist in achieving optimization
6. Assist in the daily operation and team management of the department, optimize work processes, and improve delivery efficiency;
7. Be able to respond promptly to sudden demands, coordinate urgent tasks and ensure smooth team collaboration.
What you'll need
1. Bachelor's or graduate student status, majoring in localization, translation, linguistics or related fields; excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of communicating without obstacles with overseas/English teams;
2. Candidates with relevant experience in project management of translation localization in large companies or language service providers are preferred;
3. Possess basic technical understanding, familiar with cross-departmental collaboration logic, and understand the software development/launch process;
4. Proficient in using office and data analysis tools (such as Excel Pivot Tables); those familiar with CAT tools (Phrase) are preferred;
5. Strong logical thinking, good at analysis and problem-solving, with strong ability to withstand pressure and a sense of responsibility;
6. Outstanding communication and team collaboration skills, capable of effectively promoting cross-departmental communication and resource coordination;
7. Strong learning ability, adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.

3. 与产品、开发、测试及其他跨部门团队对接，熟悉产品上线/发布流程，确保本地化工作与产品节奏同步；
4. 运用数据分析工具（如 Excel 数据透视表）为决策提供数据支持；

任职要求：
1. 本科或研究生在读，本地化、翻译、语言学等相关专业；英语听说读写能力优秀，能够与海外/英语团队无障碍沟通；
2. 有大厂、LSP翻译本地化项目管理相关经验者优先；
3. 具备基础技术理解能力，熟悉跨部门协作逻辑，了解软件开发/上线流程；
4. 熟练使用办公与数据分析工具（如 Excel 数据透视表）；熟悉 CAT 工具（Phrase）者优先；
5. 逻辑性强、善于分析与解决问题，具备较强的抗压能力和责任心；
6. 沟通协调与团队协作能力突出，能有效推动跨部门沟通与资源对接；
7. 学习能力强、适应快节奏工作环境
