What you'll do
- Responsible for the construction of the Unified Account (UTA) project, leading or participating in the research and development of core transaction modules, margin system, risk control system, up-and-down token processes, etc., which are the core functions;
- Responsible for the construction of the unified account business system, solving the problem of low capital utilization caused by the isolation of multiple trading products such as spot, leverage, contracts, options, and wealth management accounts from the business perspective, and improving the efficiency of user capital usage;
- Responsible for the construction of core modules such as account asset management, margin calculation, equity calculation, risk rate calculation, and position management;
- Responsible for the construction of risk control capabilities such as Portfolio Margin and Cross Margin;
Participated in the construction of systems related to the options business, including:
- Participate in the construction of multi-asset unified account systems such as stocks, ETFs, and RWA, supporting unified risk management across multiple markets and assets;
- Be responsible for the construction of the trading risk control system, including core capabilities such as real-time risk control, risk warning, forced liquidation, and automatic position reduction (ADL);
- Participate in the design of the core system architecture and the formulation of technical solutions, promoting the continuous evolution and architecture upgrade of the system;
- Be responsible for the writing, maintenance, and implementation of relevant technical documents.
What you'll need
- More than 8 years of Java development experience;
- More than 3 years of relevant R&D experience in unified trading accounts (UTA), core trading systems, margin systems, risk engines, etc., familiar with SPAN/VaR risk models, and familiar with stock/futures/option margin systems;
- Proficient in Java, deeply understanding core technologies such as JVM, multithreading, concurrent programming, and network programming;
- Familiar with mainstream development frameworks like Spring Boot and MyBatis and their underlying principles;
- Familiar with common design patterns, possessing good system design skills and code quality awareness;
- Familiar with MySQL database principles and having experience in database tuning and SQL optimization;
- Familiar with middleware such as Redis, Kafka, and RocketMQ, and having rich practical experience in production environments;
- Familiar with the Linux environment and common performance analysis tools;
- Strong problem analysis ability and systematic thinking ability.

- 负责统一账户业务体系建设，从业务层面解决现货、杠杆、合约、期权、理财等多交易产品账户隔离导致的资金利用率低问题，提升用户资金使用效率；
- 负责账户资产管理、保证金计算、权益计算、风险率计算、仓位管理等核心模块建设；
- 负责组合保证金（Portfolio Margin）、联合保证金（Cross Margin）等风控能力建设；
参与期权业务相关系统建设，包括：
- 参与股票、ETF、RWA等多资产统一账户体系建设，支持多市场、多资产统一风险管理；
- 负责交易风控系统建设，包括实时风控、风险预警、强平及自动减仓（ADL）等核心能力；
- 参与核心系统架构设计与技术方案制定，推动系统持续演进和架构升级；
- 负责相关技术文档编写、维护及项目落地工作。
任职要求：
- 8年以上Java开发经验；
- 3年以上交易所统一账户（UTA）、核心交易、保证金系统、风险引擎等相关研发经验，熟悉 SPAN/VaR 风险模型 、 熟悉股票/期货/期权保证金体系；
- 精通Java，深入理解JVM、多线程、并发编程、网络编程等核心技术；
