What you'll do
- Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of core backend systems for Web3 payment, checkout, card products, OTC, and fiat/crypto on-ramp and off-ramp services, ensuring high availability, high concurrency, security, and scalability.
- Participate in the design and implementation of core payment flows, including order creation, payment routing, payment status transitions, callback notifications, refunds, cancellations, failed payment retries, idempotency control, and exception compensation.
- Build and maintain checkout systems that support multiple currencies, payment methods, and payment channels, including on-chain payments, stablecoin payments, fiat payments, bank card payments, third-party payments, and OTC payments.
- Participate in the development of backend capabilities for card-related products, including virtual/physical card issuance, card binding, top-ups, transaction authorization, transaction synchronization, balance management, refunds, chargebacks, card freezing, and card cancellation.
- Responsible for the development of OTC and on-ramp/off-ramp systems, including quotation, order placement, matching, payment confirmation, asset transfer, order status management, transaction limits, risk control interception, and exception handling.
- Design and optimize core modules such as fund accounts, ledger systems, clearing and settlement, and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of user assets, platform funds, channel funds, and on-chain assets.
- Integrate with external payment service providers, card issuers, card processors, OTC service providers, KYC / KYT / AML vendors, banks, and payment channels, including API integration, joint testing, production launch, and system stability assurance.
- Work closely with product, frontend, QA, risk control, compliance, operations, and other teams to understand business requirements, provide technical solutions, and drive project delivery.
- Responsible for performance optimization, stability improvement, and troubleshooting of core systems, including rate limiting, circuit breaking, degradation, monitoring and alerting, log tracing, distributed tracing, and data consistency repair.
- Participate in code reviews, technical solution reviews, and infrastructure optimization to improve engineering quality, maintainability, and security.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of backend development experience; experience in payment, checkout, card systems, OTC, trading systems, fintech, or fund/asset systems is preferred.
- Familiar with core payment system processes, including order placement, payment, callbacks, refunds, reconciliation, clearing and settlement, exception handling, idempotency, compensation mechanisms, and state machine design.
- Experience with checkout or payment aggregation systems, with an understanding of multi-channel payment integration, payment routing, channel fallback, payment success rate optimization, and channel management.
- Experience with card-related systems is preferred, including virtual/physical cards, Visa / MasterCard, card issuers, issuer processors, transaction authorization, clearing and settlement, chargebacks, and refunds.
- Experience with OTC, fiat on-ramp/off-ramp, stablecoin payments, or crypto deposits and withdrawals is preferred; familiar with on-chain transaction confirmation, address management, transaction broadcasting, gas, on-chain monitoring, and KYT risk control.
- Familiar with account systems, ledger systems, fund flows, freezing/unfreezing, balance management, clearing and settlement, reconciliation, and other financial infrastructure modules, with a strong awareness of fund security and data consistency.
- Proficient in Go development with solid engineering practices; familiarity with Java / Node.js / Python or other backend languages is a plus.
- Familiar with microservice architecture and common technologies such as service discovery, configuration management, message queues, caching, distributed locks, scheduled tasks, RPC, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiar with common middleware and databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka / RocketMQ / RabbitMQ, with experience in high-concurrency, high-availability system design and performance optimization.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and databases, with the ability to design stable, scalable, and observable backend systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues in complex transaction flows.
- Strong security awareness, with an understanding of API signatures, data encryption, access control, anti-replay, anti-abuse, anti-fraud, and other basic security mechanisms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, risk control, compliance, business, and external service providers.

- 参与卡相关后端能力建设，包括虚拟卡 / 实体卡开卡、绑卡、充值、消费授权、交易同步、余额管理、退款、拒付、冻结、注销等业务流程。
- 负责 OTC / 出入金相关系统开发，包括报价、下单、撮合、付款确认、资产划转、订单状态管理、交易限额、风控拦截、异常处理等。
- 设计和优化资金账户、账务、清结算、对账等核心模块，确保用户资产、平台资金、通道资金和链上资产数据准确一致。
- 对接外部支付服务商、发卡机构、卡处理商、OTC 服务商、KYC / KYT / AML 服务商、银行或支付通道，完成接口集成、联调、上线和稳定性保障。
- 与产品、前端、测试、风控、合规、运营等团队紧密协作，理解业务需求，提供技术方案并推动项目落地。
- 负责核心系统的性能优化、稳定性建设和故障排查，包括限流、熔断、降级、监控告警、日志追踪、链路追踪、数据一致性修复等。
- 参与代码审查、技术方案评审和基础架构优化，提升系统工程质量、可维护性和安全性。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业优先。
- 5 年以上后端开发经验，有支付、收银台、卡系统、OTC、交易系统、金融科技或资金系统相关经验者优先。
- 熟悉支付系统核心流程，包括下单、支付、回调、退款、对账、清结算、差错处理、幂等、补偿、状态机设计等。
- 有收银台或聚合支付系统经验，理解多支付渠道接入、支付路由、渠道降级、支付成功率优化、通道管理等机制。
- 有卡相关系统经验者优先，包括虚拟卡 / 实体卡、Visa / MasterCard、发卡机构、Issuer Processor、授权交易、清算结算、拒付、退款等。
- 有 OTC、法币出入金、稳定币支付、加密资产充值提现相关经验者优先，理解链上交易确认、地址管理、交易广播、Gas、链上监听、KYT 风控等机制。
- 熟悉账户体系、账务系统、资金流水、冻结 / 解冻、余额管理、清结算、对账等金融基础模块，有资金安全和数据一致性意识。
- 精通 Go 语言开发，具备良好的工程实践能力；熟悉 Java / Node.js / Python 等其他后端语言者加分。
- 熟悉微服务架构，了解服务注册发现、配置管理、消息队列、缓存、分布式锁、任务调度、RPC / RESTful API 等常用技术。
