What you'll do
- Build security capabilities around data and intelligent agents, while ensuring the high availability of the security system.
- The architecture design and development of the security operation platform and automation tools, for high-performance storage and retrieval of massive security logs, supporting real-time detection, offline traceability and other work scenarios.
- Research and application of security AI intelligent agents, applying security AI intelligent agents in threat monitoring, traceability analysis, application security and other scenarios, achieving automation and intelligence of security capabilities.
- Design and performance optimization of the availability architecture of the security system, solving problems of large-scale data collection, storage and retrieval, ensuring real-time monitoring, alarm and automatic handling of the availability of the security system.
What you'll need
- Proficient in Golang/Java development on the Linux platform, with a deep understanding of multi-threading/high-concurrency programming, and experience in designing and developing distributed and microservice systems. Skilled in using AI Coding tools, with multi-language programming capabilities preferred.
- Deeply understand the AI Agent architecture, with experience in designing and implementing AI Agent architectures (able to design permissions, risk interception, etc. based on Tools, Memory, Context, Sandbox), and support business scenarios of SOC through AI Agent.
- Deeply understand log analysis and big data processing, familiar with data components such as Kafka, Splunk, Flink, Hive, Starrocks, etc., and able to design high throughput and low latency data processing architectures.
- Possess excellent cross-team collaboration and resource coordination skills, strong in handling pressure, clear in logic, and able to efficiently interface with business, security, and operation teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or related fields, with 3 years or more of security development experience.
Bonus points:
- Experience in the implementation and construction of AI agents is preferred.
- Experience in storing, optimizing, analyzing and retrieving massive data is also preferred. 、
- Experience in developing security systems (such as SOC/SIEM, HIDS, EDR, IPS, DLP, Zero Trust) is preferred.
- Experience in the field of Web3 is also preferred.

- 精通Linux平台下的Golang/Java开发，深度理解多线程/高并发编程，具备分布式、微服务系统设计开发经验。熟练使用AI Coding工具，具备多语言编程能力优先。
- 深度理解AI Agent架构，有AI Agent架构设计与落地应用经验（能够围绕Tools、Memory、Context、Sandbox进行权限设计、风险拦截等），通过AI Agent支持SOC的业务场景应用。
- 深度理解日志分析、大数据处理，了解Kafka、Splunk、Flink、Hive、Starrocks等数据组件，能够设计高吞吐、低延迟的数据处理架构。
- 具备优秀的跨团队协同与资源统筹能力，抗压行强、逻辑清晰，能够高效对接业务、安全、运维等团队。
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具备3年以上安全开发经验。
加分项：
- 有AI agent的落地建设经验优先。
- 有海量数据存储、优化、分析检索经验优先。、
- 有安全系统（SOC/SIEM、HIDS、EDR、IPS、DLP、零信任）开发经验优先。
- 有WEB3从业经验优先。
