What you'll do
- Lead overall growth strategy for South Asia, with initial focus on India and Bangladesh.
- Drive growth across PayFi/card activation, user acquisition, trading, community, and partnerships.
- Manage local teams and partners, ensuring clear priorities, execution quality, and performance tracking.
- Build high-quality channels across Web3 communities, KOLs, affiliates, fintech users, and payment-related partners.
- Provide regional market insights and PayFi feedback to product, marketing, and growth teams.
- Track regional performance, channel quality, campaign ROI, user activation, payment usage, and retention.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in growth, regional management, BD, fintech, crypto, wallet, payment, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of South Asia markets, especially India and Bangladesh.
- PayFi, crypto card, payment, e-wallet, or fintech growth experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing teams, local partners, or multi-market growth initiatives.
- Strong network in Web3, fintech, payments, affiliates, KOLs, or local communities is preferred.
- Able to build strategy while also driving hands-on execution when needed.
- Fluent in English; local language capability or strong regional experience is a plus.
