What you'll do
- Participate in the development, scheme design, and code quality improvement of the main site and European site of the fiat currency business
- Be able to independently handle requirement communication, system design, submit high-quality code on time, and complete development tasks
- Be able to continuously optimize the architecture design of the existing system
- Write and maintain documentation, and perform other project-related work
- Help other team members solve technical problems and share related technical knowledge
- Have experience in exchange fund management and be familiar with the processes of fiat currency deposits and withdrawals. Be familiar with common complex solutions for trading-related issues
- Proficient in design patterns, understand DDD, TDD, and be familiar with strong architecture design capabilities in dealing with complex problems. Have strong abstracting ability and be able to abstract models for the business
- Familiar with common technical solutions for service stability and high availability, and have own practice and accumulation in technical optimization.
What you'll need
- Proficient in JAVA, with a deep understanding of JVM, multithreading, etc. Rich software development experience, including experience in high-concurrency scenarios.
- Familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks such as SpringBoot and myBatis and their principles.
- Familiar with design patterns, with excellent code quality and habits, and possessing strong technical architecture design capabilities.
- Familiar with relational databases like MySQL, as well as corresponding database tuning and SQL optimization experience.
- Familiar with technologies such as Redis, Kafka, and RocketMQ and have rich practical experience.
- Those who love technology, have an unwavering pursuit of technology, and enjoy studying open-source code are preferred.
- Possess strong self-motivation, communication skills, teamwork spirit, rapid learning ability, systematic thinking, and a passion for technology.

- 精通设计模式，了解ddd，tdd，熟悉面对复杂问题有较强的架构设计能力。有较强的抽象能力，对业务能够抽象出模型
- 熟悉服务稳定性与服务高可用的常见技术方案，对技术优化有自己的实践&积累。
任职要求：
- 精通JAVA，深入理解JVM、多线程等，成熟的软件开发经验，有高并发场景开发经验
- 熟悉SpringBoot、myBatis等主流开源框架及原理
- 熟悉设计模式，良好的代码质量和习惯，具有优秀的技术架构设计能力
- 熟悉关系型数据库MySQL等，以及相应数据库调优、SQL优化经验
