What you'll do
- Develop and optimize institutional client operational strategies, ensuring alignment with the platform’s overall strategic direction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics, adjusting operational strategies promptly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive the implementation of institutional client operational projects to ensure the achievement of project goals and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the product team to propose product optimization recommendations and innovative solutions tailored for institutional clients.
- Track product implementation to ensure features meet institutional client needs, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
What you'll need
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in institutional client operations or related fields; familiarity with cryptocurrency trading processes is preferred.
- Professional Competence: Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to formulate and execute effective operational strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer service mindset, capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional clients.
