What you'll do
- Own end-to-end growth of the Bitget Fan Club, driving new fan acquisition through external recruitment and progressing existing fans up the bronze-silver-gold tier ladder through internal cultivation.
- Design and refine tier-up mechanics that motivate fans to level up, aligning incentive design with core product targets such as trader count, trading frequency, and volume.
- Plan and execute Bitget community campaigns, UGC initiatives, and other engagement programs that convert casual community members into active, high-frequency traders, ensuring all initiatives reinforce Bitget's professional trading platform brand positioning among active and professional traders.
- Develop a recurring content calendar of daily community discussion topics, market commentary, and trading-focused content tailored to active and professional trader interests, consistent with Bitget's brand voice and tone.
- Operate and grow Bitget's Telegram and Discord communities, ensuring engagement, moderation, and a consistent, on-brand trader experience across both channels.
- Partner closely with Social Media and Product Marketing teams (as key stakeholders outside the Branding function) to align community messaging with core product launches, brand campaigns, and cross-platform promotional pushes.
- Track and report on community growth metrics using insights to continuously refine growth initiatives, tier mechanics, and brand positioning within the trader community.
- 3+ years of experience in community management, growth marketing, ideally within crypto, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing exchange Telegram and/or Discord communities, including moderation tools, bots, and engagement campaigns.
- Personal trading experience in stocks and/or crypto, with a genuine understanding of active/professional trader psychology, sentiment, and interests.
- Proven track record designing or optimizing tiered loyalty/membership programs tied to measurable targets.
- Strong content instincts — able to conceive and execute UGC campaigns, contests, and daily discussion topics that drive organic engagement.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing engagement and trading metrics to iterate on community mechanics and campaign performance.
- Native Chinese speaker with fluent English proficiency (spoken and written), able to communicate effectively with both Chinese and English-speaking trader communities.
- Strong team collaboration and cross-department communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively across Product, Social Media, Marketing, and Data teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with crypto exchange products, tokenized equities, and derivatives trading is highly preferred.
