What you'll do
- Liquidity Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor derivatives (perpetuals/options) liquidity in real-time to identify anomalies and drive timely resolutions.
- Listing Assessment & Execution: Lead the token listing evaluation process, ensuring high-quality standards from a trading and liquidity perspective.
- Trading Issue Resolution: Conduct deep-dive analysis on trading "bad cases" (e.g., excessive slippage, liquidations, depth issues, order book anomalies) to pinpoint root causes and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
- Strategic Insights: Provide actionable trading insights and feedback to front-line teams, including Product, Market Making, and Risk Management.
- VIP User Support: Offer specialized, high-level trading support and consultation for professional and VIP users.
What you'll need
- Deep Derivatives Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of derivatives trading mechanisms, including perpetuals, options, funding rates, margin systems, and liquidation protocols.
- Trading/Quant Background: Proven experience in actual trading, quantitative analysis, or market-making operations.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently interpret trading data, perform attribution analysis, and derive insights.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in investment banking front-office roles (Sales & Trading, Market Making) or business/trading-focused roles within quantitative teams.
- Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

任职要求：
- 对衍生品交易机制有深刻理解（合约、期权、资金费率、保证金、清算机制等）
- 具备实际交易背景或量化/做市业务经验
- 强数据分析能力，能独立完成交易数据的洞察与归因
- 优先考虑：投行前台（销售交易、做市）、量化团队中偏业务/交易的角色
- 跨部门协同与沟通能力
