岗位职责：
1. 负责大模型驱动的搜索引擎整体架构设计与技术选型，统筹检索、召回、排序、生成全链路的技术方案。
2. 主导检索增强生成（RAG）系统的设计与持续优化，包括向量检索、关键词检索的混合召回策略与多路召回融合机制。
3. 设计并优化大规模向量索引与检索引擎的性能，保障高并发场景下搜索系统的低延迟与稳定性。
4. 制定 Query 理解、语义解析、意图识别等核心模块的技术方案，提升搜索准确率与用户体验。
5. 推动大模型在搜索排序、结果生成、内容摘要等环节的应用落地，探索 Prompt 工程与模型微调相结合的优化路径。
6. 负责搜索系统的可扩展性、容灾能力与成本效率设计，支撑业务规模的持续增长。
7. 与算法、工程、产品团队紧密协作，建立并迭代搜索质量评估体系。
8. 持续跟踪大模型、Agent、多模态检索等前沿技术，评估并引入适合公司业务的新技术方向。
任职要求：
1. 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上搜索引擎、信息检索或大模型相关系统的架构设计经验。
2. 深入理解搜索引擎核心技术原理，包括倒排索引、向量检索（如 Faiss、Milvus、Elasticsearch）、召回排序（Learning to Rank）等。
3. 熟悉大语言模型（LLM）原理与工程实践，具备检索增强生成（RAG）系统的设计与落地经验，熟悉 Embedding 模型、Rerank 模型的选型与调优。
4. 具备大规模分布式系统架构设计能力，熟悉高并发、低延迟场景下的性能优化与容量规划方法。
5. 熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言（Java / Go / Python / C++），具备扎实的工程实现与系统落地能力。
6. 具备较强的技术判断力，能够独立完成从 0 到 1 的系统架构设计，并推动方案落地验证。
7. 具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能够协调算法、工程、产品等多方资源共同推进复杂项目。
8. 在自然语言处理、信息检索或推荐系统领域有论文发表、开源贡献或大型项目实战经验者优先。
