What you'll do
- Design middle-platform products for U.S. equity options trading, including OMS, EMS, asset management, and related modules.
- Design end-to-end order management workflows, including order placement, validation, routing, order amendment and cancellation, execution reports, and order status transitions.
- Design real-time asset engines, including available funds, frozen funds, buying power, margin utilization, position market value, and real-time profit and loss (P&L).
- Design trading exception scenarios and back-office management functions, including order rejections, partial fills, trading channel failures, and order/execution/asset inquiry capabilities.
- Collaborate with frontend, risk management, market data, clearing, engineering, and QA teams to drive system delivery and implementation.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of product experience in trading systems, OMS/EMS, account systems, or financial middle-platform products.
- Strong understanding of securities, futures, or options trading workflows, including order placement, risk controls, routing, execution, trade reporting, positions, funds, and clearing.
- Familiarity with core trading system logic, including order state machines, fund freezing, position updates, and real-time asset calculation.
- Experience with U.S. equity options, online brokerage platforms, or trading system vendors is preferred.
- Strong process design, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

任职要求：
- 3年以上交易系统、OMS/EMS、账户系统或金融中台产品经验。
- 熟悉证券/期货/期权交易链路，包括下单、风控、路由、成交、回报、持仓、资金、清算等。
- 熟悉订单状态机、资金冻结、持仓更新、实时资产计算等核心逻辑。
- 有美股期权、互联网券商、交易系统厂商经验优先。
- 具备较强的流程设计和跨团队沟通能力。
