What you'll do
1. Responsible for handling platform risk control review work orders, covering KYC, withdrawal, fund flow, account security, transaction anomalies, fraud gangs, etc. risk scenarios.
2. Based on the review SOP and risk control rules, determine the user's risk behavior and output review conclusions such as approval, rejection, restriction, supplementary information, upgrade investigation, etc.
3. Identify user identity, device, IP, source of funds, on-chain addresses, transaction behaviors and multi-account associations risks, and identify abnormal behaviors such as account theft, money laundering, fraud, scalping, market manipulation, etc.
4. Responsible for filling in the review records and case conclusions in a standardized manner, ensuring clear review basis, accurate handling actions, and traceable process.
5. Follow up on high-risk cases, assist the risk control, compliance, customer service, and product teams in completing risk handling and user inquiries.
6. Participate in optimizing review SOP, risk rules, inquiry templates, and handling processes to improve review efficiency and risk identification accuracy.
7. Regularly review the review data, provide feedback on strategy missteps, rule loopholes, and system issues, and promote the optimization of risk control capabilities.
What you'll need
1. Experience in risk control and review
2. Familiar with the spot and contract markets in the cryptocurrency field
3. Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and teamwork skills
岗位职责：
1. 负责平台风控审核工单处理，覆盖 KYC、提币、资金流水、账户安全、交易异常、欺诈团伙等风险场景。
2. 根据审核 SOP 和风控规则，判断用户风险行为，输出通过、拒绝、限制、补充资料、升级调查等审核结论。
3. 排查用户身份、设备、IP、资金来源、链上地址、交易行为及多账户关联风险，识别账号被盗、洗钱、欺诈、羊毛、市场操纵等异常行为。
4. 负责审核记录和案件结论规范填写，确保审核依据清晰、处置动作准确、流程可追溯。
5. 跟进高风险案件，协助风控、合规、客服、产品团队完成风险处置和用户问询。
6. 参与审核 SOP、风险规则、问询模板和处置流程优化，提升审核效率和风险识别准确率。
7. 定期复盘审核数据，反馈策略误伤、规则漏洞和系统问题，推动风控能力优化。
任职要求：
1、有风控审核经验
2、对币圈现货、合约有一定了解
3、有强烈的责任心、耐心和团队合作能力
