岗位职责：

• 设计和实现基于 LLM 的 AI Agent 架构，包括 Planning、Memory、Tool Use 等核心模块
• 开发多 Agent 协作系统与 RAG 系统，优化 Prompt Engineering
• 开发区块链交互模块，实现链上数据分析、DeFi 协议交互等功能
• 从0到1利用先进技术栈和 AI 工具提升研发效率，解决业务中的技术挑战

任职要求：

• 精通 Golang，3年以上开发经验，熟悉 Node.js / Python
• 熟悉主流 LLM API 及 Agent 框架（LangChain、CrewAI 等）
• 深入理解 Transformer 架构、Attention 机制、Token 化原理
• 具备 Fine-tuning、LoRA、模型量化等模型优化经验
• 熟悉 Embedding 模型与向量检索原理，有 RAG 系统调优经验
• 理解区块链原理、钱包机制、DeFi / NFT 等核心概念
• 熟悉云服务，有积极使用 AI 编程工具的经验

• 有 AI Agent 产品落地经验
• 熟悉 Solidity / Rust 智能合约开发
• 有 EVM 兼容链开发经验，了解 MEV、链上数据分析
• 有模型推理优化、本地模型部署经验
• 热衷技术创新，对 AI 与 Web3 结合有热情和独到见解
