What you'll do
1. Responsible for analyzing core data such as transactions, funds, and user behaviors, and supporting the formulation of risk control strategies, risk investigation, and business decisions.
2. Build and maintain a risk monitoring indicator system, including but not limited to:
3. Participate in the construction of risk control rules and early warning strategies, and evaluate the rules through historical data backtesting:
4. Establish risk data dashboards and daily reports, weekly reports, providing platform-level, pair-level, and user-level risk views for the risk control team.
5. Cooperate in risk incident review, restoring the time line of risk events, fund flow, user behavior, and changes in risk indicators through data.
6. Continuously evaluate the data effectiveness of existing strategies, identify abnormal patterns and unknown risks, and propose new risk indicators or strategies.
7. Collaborate with risk control, product, R&D, and operation teams to promote the conversion of analysis conclusions into executable rules, system functions, or monitoring capabilities.
What you'll need
1. Proficient in using SQL, capable of independently conducting complex data queries, multi-table associations, window functions, and large-scale data analysis;
2. Skilled in using data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets;
3. Prioritizing proficiency in Python data analysis capabilities, including Pandas, NumPy, etc.;
4. Capable of independently completing data extraction, cleaning, analysis, verification, and conclusion output;
5. Sensitive to data, able to further dissect and identify the causes from abnormal indicators.

5、配合风险事故复盘，通过数据还原风险事件时间线、资金流向、用户行为及风险指标变化。
6、对现有策略进行持续的数据效果评估，发现异常模式及未知风险，并提出新的风险指标或策略。
7、与风控、产品、研发、运营等团队协作，推动分析结论转化为可执行的规则、系统功能或监控能力。
任职要求：
1. 熟练使用 SQL，能够独立完成复杂数据查询、多表关联、窗口函数及大规模数据分析；
2. 熟练使用 Excel / Google Sheets 等数据分析工具；
3. 具备 Python 数据分析能力优先，如 Pandas、NumPy 等；
4. 能够独立完成数据提取、清洗、分析、验证及结论输出；
5. 对数据敏感，能够从异常指标中进一步拆解并定位原因。
