What you'll do
1. Maintain communication with the company's business side, continue the risk control review system, participate in meetings related to system accounts and fund flows for new business, and sort out and review potential risks and control entry points;
2. Be responsible for the construction and implementation of the risk control system data and monitoring alert capabilities of the main station, combining business requirements and personal judgment. The work includes, but is not limited to, data and risk control feature sorting, monitoring noise reduction, operation records, behavior internal review, construction and governance of alert implementation capabilities, as well as online business problem investigation;
3. Communicate closely with the risk control strategy, security, and audit teams, assist in sorting out business processes and data standards, fully understand and break down various business and technical requirements and their priorities, and implement them in product planning and specific design, and document them;
4. Lead the R&D team to deliver results, control project progress and resources, and ensure the quality of the acceptance functions.
What you'll need
1. Understand the risk control models based on real-time and offline risk control scenarios, be familiar with the risk management framework, understand common black and gray market attack methods, technologies and related anti-fraud solutions. Be able to quickly understand business processes, identify business risks and design corresponding functions or provide corresponding solutions;
2. Be familiar with monitoring, alerts, internal audits, and accounting processes. Those with relevant experience in the blockchain industry are preferred;
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, stable emotions, good at communication and project progress and quality control;
4. Have clear logic, meticulous thinking, excellent demand understanding and independent judgment skills. Be able to consider various abnormal situations and response plans in advance, and be good at implementation.
岗位职责：
1.与公司业务侧保持沟通、延续风控评审制度，参与新增业务的系统账户&资金流相关会议，梳理盘点风险点和风控切入点；
2.负责主站的风控系统数据和监控告警能力建设和落地推进，结合业务诉求和自身判断，工作内容包括但不限于特征与风控数据梳理、监控降噪、操作记录、行为内审、告警落地能力的建设和治理，以及线上业务问题排查；
3.与风控策略、安全、审计团队紧密沟通，协助梳理业务流程和数据口径，充分理解、拆分各类业务和技术需求及其优先级，落实到产品规划及具体设计，并文档化；
4.带领研发团队拿结果，把控项目进度与资源，保证验收功能质量。
任职要求：
1、理解基于实时及离线风控场景的风控模式，熟悉风险管理相关框架，了解常见的黑灰产攻击方式、技术手段及相关反欺诈方案，可以快速理解业务流程、发现业务风险并设计相应功能或提供相应解决方案；
2、熟悉监控、告警、内审、账务流程，有链上行业相关经验优先；
3、有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，情绪稳定、擅长沟通和项目进度与质量把控；
4、逻辑清晰、思维缜密，有出色的需求理解和独立判断能力，能够提前考虑各类异常情况及应对方案，擅长落地。
