What you'll do
- Lead the continuous construction and iteration of the company’s Design System, designing and optimizing reusable components, interaction patterns, and design specifications.
- Build and maintain a unified component library, icon system, and design resource repository to ensure consistent user experiences across multiple products and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the Design System meets business needs while maintaining cross-platform consistency.
- Design micro-interactions, animations, and transition effects within products to enhance overall user experience quality.
- Establish comprehensive design documentation and usage guidelines to help the team efficiently understand and utilize the Design System, promoting unified visual expression and product design principles.
- Promote systematic design thinking within the organization, encouraging teams to build reusable and scalable design solutions.
- Continuously improve the team’s overall design quality through design reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team account operations.
- Stay updated on industry design trends and tool developments to continuously upgrade Design System capabilities.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure consistency between Figma designs and front-end implementation, making components easy to maintain.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience specifically in Design Systems, combined with 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers.
- Proficient in multi-platform design scenarios, including Web, responsive design, and mobile products.
- Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Framer, and AuraAI to build design systems and industry-leading component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and a solid understanding of design-to-development workflows.
- Strong adaptability, with the ability to drive design implementation in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping the team improve their skills in interaction design and Design System utilization.

任职要求：
- 设计、人机交互或同等实践经验的本科学历,或具备同等实践经验
- 具有 1年以上Design System相关经验，以及5年以上产品设计/交互设计/UX设计经验
- 具备良好的跨团队协作能力,能够与设计师、产品经理、工程师、研究员及内容设计师高效合作
- 熟悉多平台设计场景,包括Web、响应式设计以及移动端产品
- 熟练使用Figma、Framer、AuraAl等设计工具构建设计系统与行业头部的组件库
- 具备基础前端开发知识(HTML/CSS/JavaScript)熟知设计与开发的协作方式
- 具备较强的适应能力,能够在快速变化的环境中推动设计落地
- 乐于分享经验并帮助团队提升 交互设计与设计系统使用能力
