What you'll do

• Product Education & Conversion Content

Produce structured educational content, video scripts, and hotspot insights for US stocks (2–3 pieces per week). Cover trading rules, market mechanisms, popular instruments, and macroeconomic impacts. Build series-based content collections to support user education and conversion.

• High-Frequency Market & Multilingual Content

Support CFD analyst content uploading, translation, and push/button deployment. Produce GEO prompt content (20–30 pieces per month). Rapidly deliver high-frequency market analysis on forex, commodities, indices, etc., while balancing compliance and conversion goals.

• Product & Marketing Content Support

Create wealth product introductions/tutorials, futures/contract asset explanations and comparisons, and product feature highlights on an ad-hoc basis. Deliver 3–5 pieces of popular asset analysis or multi-asset comparisons weekly, emphasizing product differentiation and capital efficiency to support marketing and acquisition.

• User Growth & Enablement Content

Design differentiated educational and guidance content across the user lifecycle. Build an agent academy-style content system with systematic keyword and URL planning. Support EU (especially UK) compliance education and process documentation, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements.

• Process Optimization & Collaboration

Establish content templates, keyword maps, and content libraries to improve delivery efficiency. Closely collaborate with Product, Operations, PMM, Growth, Compliance, and other teams to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and effective implementation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related fields preferred.
• 4+ years of content operations experience in finance, crypto, or Fintech; familiar with US stocks, CFD, futures/contracts, and wealth products.
• Strong Chinese and English writing & translation skills; structured content thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
• High sensitivity to market hotspots; able to balance professionalism, readability, and conversion objectives.
