What you'll do
- Design the Unified Account system, including mechanisms for cross-asset/cross-business margin sharing and asset interoperability; develop a seamless migration strategy for transitioning users from classic accounts to unified accounts.
- Design and optimize strategic order features such as Take-Profit/Stop-Loss (TP/SL), defining rule logic and boundary conditions for various order types.
- Gain a deep understanding of matching engines and risk control engines to collaborate with R&D teams in assessing the technical feasibility and implementation of complex trading logic.
- Produce high-quality product proposals, align with stakeholders across R&D, risk, compliance, and operations, and drive successful implementation.
- Monitor product trends among leading exchanges regarding unified accounts and trading features, benchmark against industry best practices, and propose optimization strategies.
- Establish and maintain core data metrics for trading products to drive continuous product iteration and improvement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in digital currency trading products.
- Comprehensive experience in digital currency spot and derivatives trading products, with a deep understanding of core mechanisms such as margin modes (Cross/Isolated), liquidation logic, and funding rates.
- Profound understanding of Unified Account design principles, including cross-asset margin calculations, risk models (e.g., Portfolio Margin), and account mode switching/migration strategies; prior hands-on experience is preferred.
- Expertise in the product logic and user scenarios for advanced orders like TP/SL, with the ability to independently design new order types.
- Strong systemic thinking and technical comprehension, capable of efficient collaboration with engineering teams.
- Excellent product documentation and logical communication skills, with the ability to lead the review and execution of complex requirements.
- Pursuit of excellence in trading experience, with the ability to identify pain points from a professional trader’s perspective and drive optimizations.
- Prior experience with market makers, quantitative trading, or core trading products at leading exchanges/derivatives platforms is highly preferred.

任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，5 年以上产品经理经验，其中至少 3 年数字货币交易产品经验；
- 有完整的数字货币现货和合约交易产品经验，深入理解保证金模式（全仓/逐仓）、强平/爆仓逻辑、资金费率等核心机制；
- 深刻理解统一账户设计原理，包括跨币种保证金计算、风险模型（如 Portfolio Margin）、账户模式切换与迁移方案等，有相关产品落地经验优先；
- 精通止盈止损等高级订单的产品逻辑与用户使用场景，能独立设计新的订单类型；
- 具备较强的系统性思维和良好的技术理解力，能与工程团队高效协作；
- 优秀的产品文档撰写与逻辑表达能力，能独立主导复杂需求的评审与推进；
- 对交易体验有极致追求，具备从专业交易者视角发现体验问题并推动优化的能力；
- 有做市商、量化交易背景，或曾在头部交易所/衍生品平台负责核心交易产品者优先。
