Fiat Channels Operations

1、Manage the integration and operations of global fiat payment channels, including bank cards, e-wallets, and third-party payment methods (such as Visa/Mastercard, SEPA, PIX, M-Pesa, etc.). 2、Support the onboarding process of fiat channels by coordinating with partners on technical documentation, testing procedures, and go-live arrangements to ensure a smooth payment experience. 3、Monitor channel performance, regularly reviewing metrics such as transaction success rates, settlement efficiency, and abnormal orders.

Identify and resolve issues promptly to improve user experience. 4、Analyze fiat payment data and transaction behaviors across different countries, and optimize channel configurations and resource allocation based on user profiling. 5、Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams to ensure the fiat payment products are compliant, secure, and stable, especially in cross-border transactions. 6、Support market expansion efforts by participating in the research and development of new regional payment channels, and propose feasible implementation solutions. 7、Maintain strong relationships with payment partners, regularly communicating with service providers to track new products, policies, and resources, and expand payment capabilities. 8、Assist in marketing initiatives, such as deposit cashback and first-time deposit rewards, to drive user conversion and fiat deposit growth. 1、Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Payments, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields; 2、3+ years of experience in fiat payments, cross-border payments, or fiat on-ramps in the cryptocurrency space; 3、Familiarity with mainstream payment methods and settlement processes; experience working with payment service providers or banks is a plus; 4、Proficient in Excel and data dashboard tools, with strong data sensitivity and analytical skills; 5、Excellent communication and project management abilities, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration; 6、Fluent in both Chinese and English for professional communication; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French) is a plus; 7、Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, with adaptability to the fast-paced environment of the internet and crypto industries.
