Senior UI/UX Designer

1、Requirement Analysis & Understanding: Deeply understand product goals and user needs; collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to define clear design directions. 2、User Experience Design: Create high-quality UI/UX solutions, including but not limited to wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and visual design. 3、Iterative Optimization: Continuously improve product experience based on user feedback and data analysis to enhance usability and user satisfaction. 4、Design System Maintenance: Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all design outputs. 5、Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, product) to ensure accurate implementation of design intent. 6、Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends and continuously learn new design tools and technologies to remain at the forefront of design innovation. 1、At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with proven success in product design projects. 2、Educational background in a relevant design field such as Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or Industrial Design is preferred.

Experience in the financial industry is a plus. 3、Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS is a strong advantage. 4、Chinese is a must
