Job Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive business plans and roadmaps for the trading operations for which you are responsible. Build a go-to-market strategy using in-depth user research, competitor analysis and tracking market trends. Work seamlessly with BDs and marketplaces to increase user retention and engagement. Establish a sound liquidity monitoring framework and improve overall platform liquidity by optimizing charging policies and market-making strategies. Design a monitoring framework for various trading and risk parameters to ensure timely adjustments based on market dynamics and liquidity changes, and develop comprehensive SOPs and methodologies. Collaborate with the trading experience and trading system teams to build a management system that supports listing, delisting, parameter management, and fund allocation scenarios. Coach or lead a team of product managers to foster a culture centered on innovation and excellence. Effectively manage projects by defining scope, schedule, and stakeholder alignment, focusing on fast iterations and impactful results Work requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience with 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of independently overseeing complex backend systems projects. Experience in crypto/forex/stock trading, including quantitative trading, bot trading, or technical analysis. Strong data awareness and methodological expertise, with extensive experience in business data analysis and business metrics system development. Strong understanding of trading strategies, trading systems, liquidity management and listings. Demonstrated experience in at least 2-3 of these areas. Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams with excellent stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, independent, persistent and objective, with strong logical thinking and project ownership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and express ideas effectively.
