Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive market share growth. • Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including design, product, and sales) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials. • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform brand positioning, messaging, and strategy adjustments. • Manage and optimize the brand’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall branding objectives and driving engagement. • Create and oversee content strategy, including the development of brand narratives, video content, blog posts, and other marketing collateral. • Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior data to refine branding efforts and improve ROI. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust branding strategies. • Monitor and manage brand perception, ensuring that all communications reinforce the brand’s values and promise. • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality branding and marketing materials on time and within budget.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 3 years+ of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution. • Strong understanding of brand positioning, brand equity, and market segmentation. • Experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital and social media. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable branding strategies. • Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand development. • Experience in the web3 or blockchain space is a plus, with a strong desire to stay at the forefront of innovation in this industry. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
