The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a DevOps Engineer! — 3+ years in DevOps or Systems Administration with a focus on automation. — Expert knowledge of Debian-based OS. — Strong experience with AWS. — Proficient in Ansible. — Hands-on experience with Proxmox VE. — Proficient in Docker and Git. — Deep understanding of Postfix and mail protocols. — Proven ability to manage and tune MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. — Deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack, VLANs, routing, and switching. — Strong background in Network Security, VPNs, and Firewall management. — Design, deploy, and manage clusters using Proxmox VE.

Handle VM/LXC provisioning, HA configurations, and storage (Ceph/ZFS). — Administer and optimize AWS resources (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM).

Implement cost-control measures and ensure cloud-native security best practices. — Maintain secure tunnels and synchronization between bare-metal data centers and AWS VPCs. — Expert-level administration for Debian*-*based systems (Debian, Ubuntu).

System hardening and performance tuning. — Develop, test, and maintain complex Ansible playbooks and roles for automated server provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment. — Maintain delivery pipelines using Git.

Ensure all infrastructure changes are versioned and audited. — Manage containerized environments using Docker and Docker Compose. — Support and optimize MariaDB, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Manage backups, replication, and performance monitoring across on-prem and RDS. — Maintain and secure corporate mail servers based on Postfix.

Ensure deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and anti-spam filtering. — Design and implement robust Firewall policies (iptables/nftables/AWS Security Groups).

Ensure secure inter-service communication.
