The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a Head of Embedded Solutions! — 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution consulting within fintech, SaaS, banking, or embedded finance. — Deep understanding of embedded finance products (e.g., payments, lending, banking-as-a-service, retail and corporate products). — Proven track record of selling into banks, fintechs, or regulated financial institutions. — Strong network in the financial services ecosystem, ideally with executive-level relationships. — Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long lead times. — Demonstrated leadership experience; prior team management is strongly preferred. — Ability to navigate complex environments, influence cross-functionally, and drive outcomes at pace. — Background in digital assets, BaaS, open banking, or API-driven financial services platforms.
Strategy & Leadership: — Develop and own the sales strategy for embedded finance solutions targeting Financial Services industry. — Build and lead a high-performing sales and solutions team. — Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Engineering teams to shape product-market fit and commercial roadmaps. — Identify emerging trends and evolving customer needs to inform future solutions and go-to-market strategies.
Sales & Business Development: — Drive pipeline generation, qualification, and closing of strategic deals with banks, fintechs, and platforms. — Build and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers across prospects and partners. — Navigate complex deal cycles including RFPs, custom solution design, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. — Own forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
Solution Development: — Translate client needs into solution requirements; partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure alignment.Act as the commercial voice of the customer in internal discussions. — Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in strategic customer engagements.
Team Management & Collaboration: — Lead, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise sellers and solution consultants. — Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. — Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
