The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as Sports Partnership Manager! - Proven experience in sports partnerships/sponsorships, communications, sports agencies or media - Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously - Experience working with sports organizations, clubs, leagues, or federations - Ability to manage partnerships in line with an established strategy and business objectives - Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and executive sponsors - Strong coordination and organizational skills, with high attention to detail - Ability to manage contract assets and ensure effective utilization of partnership rights - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance and identify optimization opportunities - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Willingness to travel to partner locations, if required - Advanced in English; additional languages are a plus - Plan, execute, and coordinate projects while overseeing sports partnerships in line with an established strategy - Plan and create content for regular communications, including partner platforms with inhouse marketing teams and external parties - Coordinate and organize the use of partnership assets to maximize impact (partner communications, merchandise, tickets, giveaways, newsletters, etc.) - Generate ideas for player shoots and other content initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders - Assist in managing large projects involving multiple Executive Sponsors - Reporting Shape the Future – Build next-gen payment solutions at the intersection of crypto and finance.
