The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as a Business Analyst & Project Manager! — Strong experience as a Business Analyst in product or technology-driven teams. — Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements. — Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/PRDs. — Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments. — Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, compliance, operations). — Ability to identify edge cases and ensure requirements completeness. — Ability to support the full delivery lifecycle: discovery → specification → development → validation. — Strong communication skills and ability to run refinements and discussions. — Delivery / Project Management Skills — Experience supporting or driving delivery within a product or engineering team. — Ability to coordinate team efforts, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. — Proactive in identifying blockers, following up, and keeping work moving forward. — Decompose product requirements and designs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development. — Collaborate with Product Manager to refine backlog and ensure clarity and completeness of requirements. — Work with AML, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to validate edge cases and ensure compliance-related requirements are properly defined. — Support sprint execution by ensuring tasks are clear, prioritized, and unblocked. — Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team, resolving questions quickly. — Perform impact analysis and manage requirement changes to prevent scope creep. — Validate delivered features against requirements and ensure documentation stays up to date. — Experience in Web3, blockchain, or on/off-ramp payments. — Previous experience in Project or Delivery Management.
