Requirements: — Strong experience in information security, experience in a leadership or management role would be a plus — Strong knowledge of information security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) — Experience with risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response — Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance requirements — Experience in the crypto/fintech industry is a strong plus — Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred — Proven ability to develop and implement security strategies and policies — Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — Experience managing security teams and cross-functional collaboration — English — Advanced (C1) or higher (required for communication with global teams and documentation) — Urdu — Native or fluent (required for local team management and stakeholder engagement) Responsibilities: — Develop and implement the information security strategy for the Pakistan office aligned with global company standards — Lead security risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives — Establish and manage security policies, procedures, and controls — Oversee incident detection, response, and recovery processes — Ensure compliance with local and international data protection regulations — Collaborate with global security teams to maintain consistent security posture — Build and lead the local information security team — Conduct security awareness training for employees — Report on security metrics, risks, and improvement plans to senior leadership — Manage relationships with external security vendors and consultants Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3: — Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.
