The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as a Country Manager (Brazil). — 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services — Proven experience coordinating processes, projects, and cross-functional teams — Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail — Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment — Experience working with financial operations (payments, banking, exchanges) is a strong plus — Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and operational dashboards — Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach — Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders — Native Portuguese and advanced/fluency in English — Maintain and update the operational pipeline, tracking status, owners, and deadlines while ensuring consistent follow-ups and removing bottlenecks — Organize tasks and priorities, ensuring timely execution and holding internal and external stakeholders accountable — Coordinate onboarding processes with the compliance team (KYB/KYC), ensuring documentation flow, tracking approvals, and following up with partners — Oversee financial operations, including PIX deposits and withdrawals, bank accounts, and exchange accounts, ensuring smooth execution and no critical failures — Manage operational financial control, including payments, expenses, vendors, accounts payable, and operational cash flow — Act as the main point of contact with accounting, ensuring timely submission of documents, monitoring monthly closing, IN1888 reporting, and other fiscal obligations — Track and update key business metrics such as BRL volume, costs, and operational performance, monitoring targets and flagging deviations — Build and document operational processes (onboarding, payments, BRL operations), standardizing routines and improving efficiency — Coordinate with critical areas such as compliance/AML, legal, and global finance to ensure execution of key initiatives — Provide clear and structured reporting: — Daily: progress, blockers, and support needed — Weekly: overall status, key risks, and priorities — Identify operational issues quickly, escalate when needed, propose solutions, and ensure full resolution Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3: — Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.
