Responsibilities: Be responsible for design-related tasks for overseas advertising creativities, including creative conceptualization, creativity production, creativity optimization, and compliance review.
Identify optimization directions based on the characteristics of various business lines and user preferences, improve creativity performance metrics, and broaden creativity ideas.
Manage advertising creativities from external Agency partners, ensuring the quality and compliance of creativities used in Agency campaigns.
Be responsible for evaluating the performance of creative content and conducting optimization analysis.
Develop and implement creativity plans based on the characteristics and campaign cycles of various platform business lines.
Be responsible for establishing efficient and high-quality creativity production processes, continuously optimizing production SOPs, and improving the efficiency of the team's creativity creation.
Ensure creativities comply with platform policies and regulations (e.g., Google, TikTok, Facebook) and avoid cultural taboos in different countries and regions.
Utilize AIGC tools for batch generation of creativities/copy translation, etc.
Organize frequently reused creativity templates to enhance campaign efficiency.
Be responsible for collating, attributing, and analyzing performance data of advertising creativities, and optimize creativity design based on data feedback.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in advertising creativity design.
Preference given to those with experience in advertising design for blockchain, Fintech, or utility APP products.
Familiar with mainstream overseas media platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter), including their algorithms, user demographics, creativity specifications, and content trends.
Possess the creative ability to capitalize on trending topics.
Proficient in graphic design, video storyboard design, and editing.
Skilled in relevant tools (e.g., PS, AE, Premiere, CapCut, Jianying / CapCut).
Data-sensitive and logical, able to optimize and iterate creativity based on data feedback, ensuring efficient and correctly directed optimizations.
Strong communication and coordination skills, responsible, able to drive and manage creativity production progress, and accountable for the final quality of creativities Excellent creative aesthetic and market insight, with deep understanding in areas such as idea generation, creativity style, content pacing, and color matching.
Familiar with mainstream overseas cultures.
English can be used as a working language.
Preference given to candidates with overseas cultural background.
Work location: Onsite + Remote hybrid model (preference given to those willing to be based in SZ/HK).
