- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, content creators, community owners, and influencer/affiliate agencies across target markets and languages.
- Identify, qualify, onboard, and grow affiliate partners who can drive investment-type cloud mining users (hashrate contracts / mining plans) across YouTube, Telegram, X, TikTok, and regional crypto communities.
- Develop and execute institutional business development strategies to originate and close large-ticket sales and strategic partnerships (family offices, funds, HNW allocators, miners, mining syndicates, OTC desks, and channel partners).
- Source, pitch, negotiate, and close institutional deals including bulk hashrate purchases, white-label or co-branded offerings, revenue/share agreements, and tailored enterprise contracts.
- Manage end-to-end institutional onboarding: due diligence, commercial terms, KYC/AML coordination, contracting, pricing structure, SLAs, and delivery expectations.
- Build and maintain pipeline, revenue forecasts, and regular reporting for senior management; own CRM updates and deal progress.
- Collaborate with product, operations, legal, compliance, and customer success to develop institutional product packages, custom reporting, settlement flows, and service-level agreements.
- Lead end-to-end partner/influencer negotiations for commercial terms, content/campaign planning, tracking setup, execution, and performance review.
- Create sales materials, pitch decks, product demos, ROI models, and tailored proposals for both affiliate and institutional prospects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliant messaging, smooth delivery, localization, and post-sale account management.
- Monitor market trends, partner and institutional performance, and competitor activities across target regions; provide actionable insights to optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Requirements: Native or fluent speaker in one or more target languages and strong understanding of corresponding crypto communities.
- Proven track record in institutional business development and sales (crypto, mining, fintech, or adjacent sectors), including sourcing, negotiating, and closing large-ticket transactions.
- Priority: Strong network in mining-related and/or investment-focused communities (Bitcoin mining, cloud mining, hashrate, crypto investing), not primarily trading-driven audiences.
- Proven experience in affiliate onboarding and partner growth for investment-type products (sourcing → qualification → onboarding → enablement → performance management).
- Experience managing institutional due diligence, KYC/AML processes, contracting, and enterprise-level onboarding.
- Solid understanding of mining basics and key drivers (hashrate, output distribution, difficulty, electricity cost) and affiliate/institutional growth models.
- Strong commercial acumen, pricing and deal-structuring skills, and ability to forecast and hit revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills; ability to close deals independently.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written), able to work with global teams and partners.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in KOL BD / Affiliate BD / Institutional BD / partnerships / influencer marketing in crypto, mining, fintech, or adjacent sectors (more seniority preferred for institutional focus).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
- Highly proficient with AI tools and use them daily for partner sourcing, content briefs, localization, workflow automation, and performance analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini/Claude, analytics/automation tools).
Nice to Have

Existing long-term relationships with top-tier mining / investing KOLs and community owners in any market.
