BD Team Lead ( Vietnam)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the Vietnam market Lead the acquisition and management of KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and strategic partners in Vietnam Build and expand institutional, retail, and community-based partnerships across the Vietnamese crypto ecosystem Drive user acquisition, increase trading volume, and enhance brand visibility in Vietnam Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in both Web3 and Web2 ecosystems in Vietnam and Southeast Asia Monitor competitor activities and key market trends in Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asian region Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize campaign ROI and overall performance

Requirements

Proven experience in CEX (Centralized Exchange) business development, OR Demonstrated success as a crypto affiliator with a strong track record of driving user growth and trading volume in Vietnam or Southeast Asia Strong existing network within the Vietnamese crypto ecosystem (KOLs, communities, local exchanges, and partners) Fluent in English and Vietnamese (mandatory) Additional languages (such as Chinese, Thai, or Indonesian) are a plus Deep understanding of crypto trading products, including spot, futures, and derivatives Excellent negotiation, partnership-building, relationship management, and execution skills Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
