About the Role
You'll be a hands-on integration engineer owning the build, maintenance, and evolution of fulfilment-critical integrations across NetSuite, Celigo, WMS platforms, and internal systems. This is an integration-heavy developer role with real business impact: when integrations are healthy, fulfilment runs smoothly; when they are not, you will be the person who can diagnose the failure and design a lasting fix. You will collaborate across time zones with a Systems team primarily based in Australia, aligning on priorities and communicating progress clearly in writing. You can choose to be remote or hybrid in the Old Street office.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on iPaaS integration experience (Celigo strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of APIs and endpoints, including authentication, payloads, error modes, and rate limits
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite integrations, including RESTlets
- Proven ability to debug integration issues end-to-end and implement fixes that prevent recurrence
- Experience building and supporting multiple production-grade integrations including multi-system sync, error handling, retries, reconciliation, and recovery paths
- SuiteScript experience ideally, especially where it supports integration reliability
- Experience integrating with WMS platforms and fulfilment or inventory workflows
Responsibilities
- Own and improve integration flows connecting the proprietary platform, Celigo, NetSuite, and WMS systems
- Build, test, and deploy integration changes with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and safe rollout
- Develop and support NetSuite integration components, including RESTlets and SuiteScript that improves integration robustness
- Troubleshoot integration failures end-to-end and implement fixes that address root causes
- Improve engineering quality across integrations: consistent patterns, clear documentation, and careful handling of retries, idempotency, and partial failures
- Collaborate across time zones with a Systems team primarily based in Australia
- Support order-to-fulfilment status synchronisation
- Support inventory updates and reconciliation between NetSuite and WMS
- Support shipment confirmations and fulfilment updates across systems
