About the Role
You'll own the voice of Juniper in our fastest-growing market, writing across everything from campaign concepts and VO scripts to landing pages, emails, and in-app content. You'll work at the intersection of brand and performance, bringing creative ideas to life while ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and clinically credible. This role reports to our Creative Lead in Berlin.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a German copywriter within an agency, in-house team or as a freelance writer
- Mothertongue German and English at an advanced level
- Deep expertise of the creative development process, through concepts, ideation, creation and execution
- Ability to clearly articulate and present copy and ideas in response to briefs
- Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and solving problems in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders; working in a team
- Track record of bringing people on the journey with you
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the tone of voice and glossary across both product and brand
- Write with clarity, empathy, and personality to set the standard for copywriting excellence across the German market
- Find hooks based on brand insights and work with the creative team to develop these into campaign concepts and scripts
- Support the acquisition team across briefs at all levels (ads, landing pages, emails, articles, press releases, the app, the website)
- Generate ideas and assist in the development of performance marketing work as well as owned channel comms
- Craft the messaging and positioning for new Eucalyptus products, campaigns, initiatives and features
- Be English/German bilingual, and based in Berlin
