The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a Procurement & Logistics Specialist! — Experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar operational role involving supply coordination, vendor communication, and process coordination

— Experience managing the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, obtaining quotations, placing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining procurement documentation

— Experience coordinating domestic and international logistics, equipment deliveries, shipments, and returns, as well as working with suppliers, contractors, and logistics providers

— Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills

— High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently

— Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate quotations, optimize costs, and resolve operational issues efficiently.

— Experience with procurement, asset management, or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ERP, Asset Management Systems) is an advantage

— Proficiency in Google Sheets

— English and Spanish B1-B2 level or higher, sufficient to independently perform day-to-day responsibilities and communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, logistics providers, and contractors — Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, quotation requests, purchase order placement, delivery coordination, and procurement documentation

— Coordinate procurement of office equipment, furniture, workplace supplies, and other operational needs

— Organize domestic and international logistics, including equipment shipments, deliveries, returns, and transportation.

— Coordinate equipment deliveries, returns, and transfers between employees, offices, and warehouse locations

— Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders throughout procurement and logistics activities

— Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, shipment status, and proactively resolve operational issues

— Support warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, stock organization, inventory movements, equipment distribution, and returns

— Maintain accurate procurement, logistics, and asset-related records in internal systems

— Support continuous improvement of procurement and logistics processes by identifying operational issues and proposing practical improvements
