1、Strong marketing planning skills, with the ability to independently coordinate internal resources to drive the planning and execution of online asset marketing campaigns, with a focus on market-side operations. 2、Familiar with exchange operations, with strong market sensitivity and an in-depth understanding of industry campaign mechanisms (including but not limited to trading competitions, airdrops, and social/community engagement campaigns). 3、Hands-on experience in spot trading campaign operations, capable of designing and executing impactful campaigns to boost user engagement and trading volume. 4、Accountable for user growth metrics related to campaign performance, including acquisition, conversion, and retention outcomes. 1、3+ years of experience in Marketing and Community-related roles, with proven success in managing digital campaigns and audience engagement. 2、Familiar with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry; experience working with exchanges or blockchain projects is a strong plus. 3、Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and content production workflows, capable of aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver consistent messaging. 4、Strong leadership skills, able to lead a team and manage promotional needs across multiple projects simultaneously.
