Responsible for brand visual design, including online and offline brand identity, advertising materials, website design, app interfaces, and social media content, ensuring all designs align with the brand tone and market positioning.
Possess strong insights into market trends and user behavior, with the ability to adjust design strategies based on market needs.
Collaborate with multiple departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure design work effectively supports the company’s overall strategic goals.
Participate in early-stage creative discussions of projects, propose innovative design solutions, and help drive projects forward smoothly.
Design portfolio required for submission At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with successful brand design cases in industries such as finance, technology, entertainment, or e-commerce.
Excellent aesthetic judgment and creative thinking skills, with an inclusive understanding of international cultures.
Must be trend-aware, open-minded in design thinking, and capable of creating culturally adaptive works.
Able to innovate continuously and stay up-to-date with new design trends.
Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and 3D software.
Familiar with product design processes and tools like Figma.
Strong communication habits and clear expression skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of team collaboration.
Native in Chinese is required.
