1、Identify and improve issues related to quality control within the team and projects. 2、Responsible for comprehensive product or project testing, including functional, performance, automation, and product quality reviews. 3、Collaborate closely with developers to optimize and enhance development and testing efficiency, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery 4、Conduct independent research on test areas and product business, and improve team testing skills through daily communication and regular knowledge sharing 5、Follow company process guidelines to complete test planning, requirement analysis, mind map creation, requirement walkthroughs, test case design, system testing, and provide comprehensive quality analysis in the form of a test report 6、Lead a small group (2-3 members) to support functional and business logic testing efficiently, while maintaining high performance standards and evaluation within the group 1、Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in the internet industry and 3+ years in business architecture/solution design, as well as experience managing a team of 3-5 members. 2、Candidates with experience in the financial and wealth management industry, and who have participated in testing for spot, futures, or wealth management products, will be given priority consideration. 3、Proficient in Linux systems, with the ability to write basic Shell or Python scripts; capable of setting up test environments and deploying product versions independently using command-line tools. 4、Skilled in SQL (including simple query optimization), and familiar with MySQL, Redis cache, Message Queues (MQ), etc., for functional testing and rapid issue diagnosis, with the ability to collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure business alignment. 5、Proficient in at least one specialized testing domain, such as JMeter for performance testing or Selenium for automation testing. 6、Experienced in using mainstream automated testing frameworks and tools, including but not limited to Robot Framework (RF), TestNG, Selenium, and PyTest. 7、Familiar with testing processes and standards, able to drive development teams to ensure project progress and assist team members in completing regular testing tasks while maintaining quality. 8、Proficient in Python, with hands-on testing experience for web, mobile apps, and H5 platforms; expert in HTTP protocol, packet capture and analysis, and WebSocket (WS) communication protocols. 9、Strong communication skills, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, capable of team coordination and business integration to improve testing efficiency; project management experience in testing is preferred.
