What you'll do
- Conduct daily review and disposition of core exchange risk scenarios, including but not limited to abnormal transactions, on-chain deposits/withdrawals, unusual fund movements, KYC, P2P, promotional/activity risks, and group-related fraud rings; independently perform risk assessment, evidence analysis, and disposition decisions.
- Own risk event and audit data analysis — independently perform data extraction, metric design, and monitoring solution setup based on business scenarios; continuously track core metrics such as ticket volume, review turnaround time, accuracy rate, risk leakage, fund losses, abnormal users, and strategy effectiveness.
- Demonstrate strong SQL skills, including multi-table joins, complex conditional filtering, window functions, aggregation, and anomaly data investigation; independently support risk investigations, ad-hoc analysis, and audit dashboard development.
- Design and build risk monitoring dashboards — break down core metrics, thresholds, time windows, and alert rules based on business risk; drive visualization of audit, risk, and strategy data to promptly detect abnormal fluctuations and potential fund loss risks.
- Proficiently use AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to assist with data analysis, SQL development, rule structuring, automation workflow design, and daily work efficiency improvement.
- Independently author and maintain AI Skills — translate manual review SOPs, risk judgment logic, data extraction rules, and disposition standards into clear, executable, and verifiable AI-driven review workflows, and continuously optimize based on backtesting results.

- 负责交易所核心风险场景的日常审核与处置，包括但不限于异常交易、链上充提、资金异动、KYC、P2P、活动风险、团伙关联等场景，能够独立完成风险研判、证据分析和处置决策。
- 负责风险事件及审核数据分析，能够根据业务场景独立完成数据取数、指标设计和监控方案搭建，持续监控工单量、审核时效、准确率、风险漏过、资损、异常用户及策略效果等核心指标。
- 具备较强 SQL 能力，能够熟练使用 SQL 完成多表关联、复杂条件筛选、窗口分析、聚合统计及异常数据排查，独立支持风险排查、专项分析和审核看板建设。
- 负责风险监控看板的设计与建设，能够根据业务风险拆解核心指标、阈值、时间窗口和预警规则，推动审核数据、风险数据和策略数据可视化，及时发现异常波动及潜在资损风险。
- 熟练使用 Claude Code、Cursor 等 AI 编程及效率工具，能够借助 AI 完成数据分析、SQL 编写、规则梳理、自动化流程设计及日常工作提效。
- 能够独立编写和维护 AI Skill，将人工审核 SOP、风险判断逻辑、取数规则和处置标准转化为结构清晰、可执行、可验证的 AI 审核流程，并持续根据回测结果进行优化。
