岗位职责
- 面向 VIP、API、量化及机构客户，基于 API、UTA、借贷、费率、账户结构、风控等需求，提供专业交易产品解决方案。
- 协同产品、技术、风控、BD、RM 等团队，推动客户问题解决、产品需求落地及专业交易能力迭代。
- 制定 API 与机构客户运营增长策略，提升专业交易用户规模、交易量、资产沉淀及产品渗透率。
- 策划专业交易客户活动、费率政策、权益方案及专项激励，支持区域团队获客与转化。
- 推动 UTA 杠杆、质押借贷、配资等业务增长，建立 VIP配资与借贷处理 SOP。
- 支持期权、美股、股票代币、数字货币等多品类专业交易客户需求，沉淀典型客户案例和解决方案。
- 搭建客户需求与问题跟踪机制，输出 FAQ、SOP、培训材料及客户方案，为区域 BD/RM 提供中台支持。
岗位要求
- 5年以上交易所、券商、机构业务、VIP运营、API客户运营或借贷业务相关经验。
- 熟悉数字货币现货、合约、期权、统一账户、API交易、借贷、保证金等产品。
- 有机构客户、量化团队、做市商、API客户、大客户运营经验者优先。
- 具备较强的产品理解、业务分析、客户需求拆解和跨部门项目推动能力。
- 具备数据驱动思维，能够围绕交易量、资产规模、借贷余额、客户留存等指标制定运营策略。
- 中文和英文流利，能够独立完成客户沟通、方案输出和内部培训。
- 有 Binance、OKX、Bybit、Deribit、券商 PB、量化机构或做市商相关经验者优先。
