What you'll do
- Identify market trends and hotspots, including precious metals, commodities, U.S. equity themes, and IPOs; collaborate on the listing and delisting evaluation of TradFi futures/contracts, and quickly drive marketing and promotional campaigns around trending opportunities.
- Coordinate with the content team to produce market analysis, investor education content, and market commentary related to TradFi futures/contracts, enhancing user awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate on the planning of TradFi futures/contracts trading campaigns and competitions, as well as related marketing and promotional strategies.
- Monitor order book depth, bid-ask spreads, and other liquidity indicators of TradFi trading pairs; promptly identify liquidity anomalies and drive resolution with relevant teams.
What you'll need
- More than 3 years of experience in crypto futures/derivatives operations or operations within the traditional brokerage industry.
- Deep understanding of TradFi assets, including precious metals, commodities, and equities.
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Results-oriented, with strong project execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred: English can be used as a working language.

- 加分项：英语可作为工作语言。
